Wow, wow, wow!
I’ve been here twice now: first for the head spa treatment, then back for a facial lymphatic drainage massage. Both were amazing in completely different ways, but the lymphatic drainage blew me away. I had no idea how much tension and stress I was carrying in my neck and face. I walked in feeling puffy, tight, and aggravated, and left feeling unbelievably relaxed and refreshed.
The head spa was wonderful too! I saw Spring both times, and I swear she’s a healer with magic hands, and so sweet on top of it. Everyone on staff is lovely and welcoming.

You guys, I had the most incredible experience at Royal Head Spa in Westlake today! From the moment I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how absolutely beautiful the space was and how immaculate and clean everything was. You immediately feel like you’ve stepped into a peaceful, luxurious retreat.
The staff was so friendly, welcoming, and patient. They genuinely took the time to talk with me, share a little about their lives, and make me feel comfortable and cared for. The aromatherapy was incredibly relaxing, and I loved that the experience was not just about relaxation. They actually taught me about my scalp and how to properly care for it. They even used a camera to show me what was going on with my scalp, which I found so interesting and helpful!
And the actual head spa session was WOW. It was beyond therapeutic. I was so relaxed that I honestly didn’t want it to end. Every part of the experience felt intentional, calming, and luxurious.
Royal Head Spa is truly a hidden gem of Agoura Hills/Westlake/TO/Calabasas area. It’s in exactly the right place because when you think of this area, this is the kind of luxury, beauty, and elevated experience you expect to feel and receive around here. Everyone should 100% give this place a try. You deserve to treat yourself to a little staycation spa relaxation, even if you only have an hour or two. Honestly, come on your lunch break, take that time for yourself, and return rejuvenated, refreshed, and ready to take on the rest of your day!
I’m already telling all of my friends about this place! I genuinely hope this business stays around for the next 20+ years so that when my little girls are older, they can come here and have the same wonderful experience. What a special place. I can’t recommend Royal Head Spa enough! ✨

This is such a unique place to have a relaxed head spa! Paul’s technique is so good that I found no competition in any other massages I have had. The Chinese herb shampoo makes the spa a nice remedy for damaged and dry hair. The owner is ambitious to bring the best to the clients in Westlake Village, Oak Park and Thousand Oaks. Check it out and you may have no need to dye your gray hair again!

My first time going to a head spa. Asian-inspired, calm atmosphere/music – clean and spa-like. I was given hot tea in a crystal cup while my scalp was examined with a hand-held microscope and I watched on a monitor. Then I laid topless under warm blankets on a comfortable massage table with a basin at my head. For a full hour, I was massaged, a bit gua sha’d, artfully scrubbed, rinsed, shampooed and more. I was worked on the entire time by a kind woman with super strong, confident hands named Spring. Lots of neck, scalp and shoulder muscle massage – hands and arms too. Hair was shampooed, conditioned and blown dry. It was a delightful 1-hour vacation and my hair and scalp felt fantastic after – highly recommend! They’ve been open about 6 months and I expect they’ll continue to thrive as word spreads. We’re lucky to have such a niche sanctuary in the ‘burbs. I expect to visit her monthly. Thank you, Spring. I had the best treatment/ scalp/ shoulder & arm massage. Paul was so professional and informative before the treatment and gentle and with the perfect amount of pressure during the massage. my hair & scalp look and feel amazing.
They have only been open a few months, so definitely go and support this business. I will definitely be back!!
p. s. Also try Spring’s special hawthorn berry herbal tea…it’s so good!

Wow ! I had a 60 minute treatment. I learned so much about my scalp and how to take care of it better. I recently cut my hair short and was looking to grow it back healthier and stronger and the headspa is amazing help. Spring washed my hair with herbs tea backed by TCM and did amazing scalp massage work . My hair loss has reduced and my hair feels so shiny. Five stars ! Highly recommend! I promise you will not be disappointed 🙂 The atmosphere was also so beautiful and enchanting.

What a wonderful place to unwind and escape the stresses of everyday life! The owners, Paul and Spring, truly know how to make every guest feel special.
From the moment I walked into the spa, it felt like the outside world disappeared. They take pampering to an entirely new level–heated beds and blankets, warm rose tea, delicious nut treats, and thoughtful touches throughout. It’s hard to believe a place like this exists.
It reminded me of that blissful moment at the salon when your hair is being washed and you just melt into the chair, wishing it would never end. Here, that feeling lasts the entire experience. Trust me–you won’t be disappointed.

You must go. I had a 75 min scalp treatment yesterday and it will be my new treat to myself or gift to others. Starts with a magnifying camera view of your scalp. Mine was very flaky, a lil red, itchy. You then head to treatment room and lay on the bed with warm blanket and Spring washed my hair 4 times with different herbal teas. Yes. Warm tea straight on scalp. Each round has a scrubbing or massage, to work the tea into the scalp. She ends up massaging your whole head, neck, shoulders, arms, and chest. She was excellent and I was so relaxed and fascinated. At the end you sit back in the chair and she serves you a little tea and a snack as she dries your hair. Then the magnifying camera comes back out and I audibly gasped as I saw a complete difference. Shiny glowing scalp. I wish I had taken pictures of the screen. Absolutely incredible and I will absolutely be back again and again. Thank you Spring for a lovely experience.
